Insurance Providers

Several of our clinicians are in-network providers with a variety of commercial insurance companies. If your provider is not in-network, they are happy to submit claims on your behalf as an out-of-network provider.

Please note that it is the client's responsibility to pay for any services not covered by insurance.

If you prefer not to use insurance, all providers accept self-pay (out-of-pocket) fees, which may vary by clinician. Copayments, deductibles, and other charges can be paid using cash, check, credit card, or flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA).
